Elmadağ Martyrs' Monument and Park was built in the heart of the district to keep alive the cherished memory of the heroic martyrs of Elmadağ who sacrificed their lives for the independence of the homeland and the peace of the nation. The names of the sons of the country who drank the sherbet of martyrdom from Çanakkale to the War of Independence and today's anti-terrorism operations are kept alive forever in brass and marble inscriptions. The torch and flag reliefs on the base of the monument symbolize the immortal spirit of the martyrs and the unshakable sense of loyalty of the nation.
