Product Story, Production Method & Cultural Heritage

Fresh and dried white mulberry, obtained from centuries-old trees named after the district of Tut, with very sweet, large white fruits and rich in iron and minerals.

History: Historical fruit is the main raw material of mulberry molasses and fruit pulp, which has been the main source of income since the establishment of the district.

Production Method: It is collected by shaking on sheets stretched under the tree, and dried in cloth exhibitions under the sun without coming into contact with the soil.
