A crisp, clear-water pickle produced by fermenting fresh cucumbers produced in Çubuk Plain with bay leaves, garlic, hot pepper, rock salt and natural vinegar in glass jars or oak barrels.
History: The rich underground waters and vegetable growing tradition of Çubuk Plain, where the Battle of Ankara took place in 1402, turned into a pickle brand throughout Turkey.
Production Method: Vinegar acidity is balanced; It does not contain artificial preservatives and acid regulators. It ripens by natural lactic acid fermentation.
