Bright white, fibrous halva made by adding plenty of fresh Bartın walnuts or hazelnuts to the whitened wax prepared with beet sugar sherbet and soapwort juice.
History: Traditional energy source sold in the Bartın market during the winter months for more than 100 years.
Production Method: It is bleached with soapwort water in a copper boiler; does not contain additives.
