Product Story, Production Method & Cultural Heritage

EU registered pure flower honey with high proline, low moisture and intense aroma, collected by Caucasian hybrid bees from the rich endemic astragalus, thyme and hundreds of plateau flowers of the Bingöl mountains.

History: Turkey's most prestigious plateau honey, which won second place in the world at the World Beekeeping Congress (Apimondia) and was registered by the European Union.

Production Method: It is produced in untouched plateaus without industry; Feeding sugar sherbet and chemical drugs is strictly prohibited.
