A delicious spreadable breakfast paste made by blending dried red capia pepper and tomato paste, crushed Duzce hazelnuts or walnuts, garlic, olive oil, coriander, fenugreek, zahter and spices.

History: The legendary sauce that Abkhaz and Circassian cuisine brought to Düzce and accompanies breakfasts and meat dishes.

Production Method: Traditional spice ratios are followed; hazelnuts are picked fresh and stored in glass jars.
