Hidden in the mountainous interior of Seferihisar, in a valley surrounded by valleys and centuries-old olive groves, Historical Beyler Village is an authentic Aegean village that keeps the spirit of Cittaslow (Calm City) alive in its purest form with its traditional stone architecture and centuries-old stone olive oil mills. Early harvest cold-pressed olive oils produced in the village, stone oven breads made from karakılçık wheat and local flavors produced by women's cooperatives have made this place the most valuable stop of rural ecotourism.
