  • •Hıdırlık Hill, built on the hill overlooking the city when the Turks first settled in Safranbolu, is an open-air prayer site where Hıdırellez celebrations and rain prayers have been held for centuries.
  • •On the hill, the tomb of Hıdır Bey, who is rumored to have been martyred during the conquest of the city, and Dr. Dr., one of the heroes of the War of Independence. There is the mausoleum of Ali Yaver Ataman.
