Midyat City Museum and Culture House was established by restoring the historical stone inn and mansion structure in the Estel region. In the museum, thousands of years of Tur Abdin culture, the common life memory of Assyrian, Kurdish, Arab and Turkish people; Vivid recreations of the crafts of filigree, stone carving, carpet weaving and coppersmithing are exhibited. Ancient rock caves and water wells in the museum basement shed light on the underground world of the city.
