Grating and boiling yellow carrots (Arabic: cezer), boiling them with beet sugar and spice mixture (cinnamon, ginger, turmeric, galangal, cloves) until they caramelize, adding peanuts or hazelnuts and coating them with coconut.

History: Historical energy dessert born from the combination of the healing paste tradition of Arabic cuisine with the carrot fields of Mersin.

Production Method: Only natural yellow carrots are used; It does not contain preservatives and is thickened by kneading in copper cauldrons for hours.
