Natural extra virgin olive oil with low acidity (<0.5%) and high polyphenols, produced without the use of any pesticides and where the olive fly cannot shelter, thanks to the dry northerly winds of the Göksu valley.
History: The miracle of pure olive oil, offered by nature without any medicine, in Mut district, where the 1300-year-old monumental olive tree is located.
Production Method: Hand-picked at early harvest, cold-pressed below 27°C; Peroxide and acidity rates are carefully controlled.
