A noble snack peanut that is larger than pistachios, has open and wide cracks, is easy to crack, has a light beige shell and has a high fat content.
History: 'Root Pistachio' of Siirt, grown by grafting on wild bıttım trees on the steep slopes of the Botan Valley.
Production Method: It is grafted onto Bıttım rootstock; It is harvested in September, dried in the sun and roasted with salt.
